The controller of your personal information is Intuitive Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with number 04864075 and its registered office at 69 Park Lane, 7th Floor, Croydon, England, CR0 1BY (“intuitive”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are registered with the ICO with registration number ZA345804.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changing legal, technical or business developments, so please review it frequently. If we update our Privacy Policy and the amendments involve a material change to the way we collect, use, share, store or otherwise process your personal information then we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make.

What Personal Information do we collect, and what do we do with it?
General
If you interact with us via our websites at www.intuitivesystems.com or www.ivectorone.com, by other methods such as email, phone, via LinkedIn or other social media, or at trade events, we may collect the following types of personal information about you:
- Name
- Job title
- Email address
- Company name
- Phone number
- IP address
- Other personal information that you provide us with
We collect this information to enable us to respond to your enquiries, to provide you with any information that you have requested, and to facilitate the provision of our services.
If you have signed up to our newsletter or agreed to receive marketing communications, we will use your personal information to provide these.
Recruitment
If you apply for a job vacancy at intuitive we will collect personal information about you, such as your name, contact details, and information contained in your CV or covering letter.
We will use this personal information for the following purposes:
- To consider your suitability, and to communicate with you regarding the vacancy.
- To enable you to submit your CV or apply online for jobs of interest to you
- If you have asked us to do so, to contact you about vacancies for which you might be suitable.
- To answer your questions and provide you with any information that you have requested
- To use your information on an anonymised basis to monitor compliance with our equal opportunities policy
We may share your data with a third party recruitment agency where we wish them to consider you with other candidates for a position they are recruiting for us. We may also gather data about you from your online profile on websites such as Linkedin where we believe that this publicly available information may help us to gain a more rounded view of your skills and abilities.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes or additions to your information to ensure that it is up to date. If you wish to update your information or withdraw your application, please email privacy@intuitivesystems.co.uk.
Unless you request us to delete it sooner or keep it for a longer period, we will hold your information for six months from the date of your application to allow us to contact you if a suitable vacancy arises.
If you do not agree to our processing of your data in the ways set out in this policy, please do not submit any personal data to us. If you apply for a job with us and/or send us your CV, we will process your personal data in the ways described in this policy.
What is our lawful basis for processing your personal information?
Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.
However, we will normally only process personal information about you if:

Where do we store your personal information, and how do we keep it secure?
We adopt technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk that could be encountered, taking into account the likelihood and severity those risks might pose to your rights and freedoms.

How long do we keep your personal information?
