intuitive is launching DealFinder that delivers search results for package holidays in less than a third of a second – effectively instant.

Dealfinder is an easy to integrate, standalone cache product that delivers the fastest and broadest package search capabilities for your website. It can search and filter by broad dates, themes, airports and destinations faster than any other product available on the market.

Slow holiday booking journeys can lead to an increased drop-off and negatively impact sales. DealFinder will turbo-charge search results enhancing customer experience and improving conversion.

“It’s not often that something is genuinely game-changing, but DealFinder justifies that tag,” said intuitive sales director Andy Keeley. “Travel companies have been asking for years to have faster and broader search and we have developed something for them that is practically instant. “It will transform website search capability and offer an enhanced experience that will improve conversion.”

DealFinder is able to deliver such speeds as it’s supported by a vast, continually updating cache of data; rather than searching all suppliers live. Although some other sites use a cache search, none are as fast or as broad as DealFinder.

The product can be easily integrated into a website within weeks and will work with any reservation system. It is expected to appeal to any online travel agent or tour operator that sells package holidays.

DealFinder was developed over the summer during the first lockdown and intuitive have already signed up two customers; one live and one to be live this year. They are also looking to adapt it in the near future to be suitable for companies with hotel-product only.

DealFinder stands on cutting-edge technology, including Microsoft’s .NET Core platform and Amazon’s AWS cloud infrastructure. By leveraging AWS Lambda, DealFinder can scale cache-build operations and presents the cache through a high-performance API. DealFinder cache technology allows pricing on-the-fly and incremental updates, enabling travel companies to deliver an extremely fast cache-first search that stays up-to-date.

DealFinder will launch at World Travel Market from Monday, November 9th.
